As a long-time champion for improving estate planning and trusteeship standards, Lindsay speaks, authors and mentors on purposeful trust governance and estate planning practices.

With close to 50 years practical planning and seasoned trust governance experience, he’s well placed to guide professional advisory firms, trustees and private families.

Lindsay works with families of substance and his experience includes national roles for trustee standards, estate management, philanthropy, high value and complex trusts and estates with a nationwide professional trustee.

Lindsay serves as Chair of the Estate and Taxation Planning Council of New Zealand and Dean of Trusts, Trustees and Beneficiaries with the Purposeful Planning Institute in the USA.
